Return Process

  Log into your HexGaming account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack your controller and all included accessories in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.

  Ship to Hex HQ

  Use the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
